  2. Keep current with latest trends
  3. Ensure compliance with business and financial decisions
  4. Bring diverse views and experiences to critic the architecture
  5. Educate with business domain knowledge to customize
  6. Possess interpersonal skills to work with multiple stakeholders
  7. Understand and navigate through organizational politics, technical biases and product limitations

Success of Software Architect depends upon continuous learning and practicing each and every expectation stated above.
