Today is a special day, a day when a boy was born in the year of 1894 in southern India and at a very young age of 7 or 8 years inducted into the guru tradition and he led the masses as ‘Jagad Guru‘ (Universal Teacher).
I am referring to Sri Chandrashekarendra Sarawathi, who is rightly referred as ‘Walking God’. He is master of masters who rekindled spirit of mankind’s quest of knowledge and how to journey towards higher destiny to win Atma-Svarajya (Freedom of Soul)
His compassion was as boundless as his knowledge. His discourses and his thoughts shared in the book ‘Voice of Guru- Hindu Dharma‘ will surely transform anyone triggering inner voice to re-think his purpose on this planet. In these time of diversity, his simple statement is a guiding mantra for all of us
