Timeless lessons from tireless mentor

Worldwide pandemic has challenged the very need of human craving for social connection. In these testing times, while many are yet to adjust, some have taken the lead to connect with everyone more than ever. iFocus mission is one such organization that has been doing transformation work to re-connect with everyone and in fact extend the connections beyond boundaries in a very unique way.

Sri Vasudev Sharma the founder of iFocus is living through the principles of ‘Guru Parampara’ (Long tradition of teacher and teaching) with unstifled positivity and reaching out to various people in different walks of life.

iFocus mission was started under the guidance of Sri Sivandamurthy garu, who is known as the epitome of knowledge and is the mentor for many of the eminent personalities across the world.

The need of the hour is History, a sense of our past, our heritage, and our culture. We need to look at our country through our own eyes.

Sri Sivananda Murthy

Sri Vasudev Sharma is bringing fresh perspectives and rekindling the spirit of inquiry from forgotten literature treasure through his online interactions. His informal style which he calls as ‘family time of conversation’ is striking the chord with students, entrepreneurs, professionals and veterans in a very unique way. Over just a few weeks, these sessions have been bringing 400+ people across the world together every Sunday as one global family and creating sense of interdependence.

His topics are varied from cricket, chess or centuries old works of Bharthihari, Adi Shakara charya to recent Vivekananad and Rabindranth Tagore.

Its impossible to replicate the insights shared by him on many themes.

Its unfortunate that our curriculum in schools, colleges including management institutions, are not paying attention to the rich treasure of knowledge from Indian literature

For me personally its magnum opus and a must read collection for achieving excellence.
